Who we are

Inkable (inkable.co.th) runs a tattoo booking service in Phuket, Thailand. This notice covers the website and that service.

What we collect

Account email and role. Request notes such as style, placement, size, timing, budget, and photos you add. Messages on Inkable, including the desk and per-bid asks. Booking records: studio, room, date, amounts, deposit status. Display choices such as currency. A session cookie so you stay logged in.

We do not store full card numbers. Checkout is handled by a payment processor. We receive payment status, not the card itself.

Why we use it

To show your brief to artists, take bids, hold a studio chair, keep one conversation log, and run the partner-studio board. We do not sell personal data.

Who sees it

Artists see briefs that fit their work. They see who you are after you book, not before. Partner studios see the sitting they host. The payment processor sees what it needs to take the deposit. Inkable staff see the log of record. We do not pass your contact details to WhatsApp, Line, or Instagram as a way around the desk.

Cookies and how long we keep data

We use a session cookie for login and we remember display currency. We do not run advertising trackers. Account, request, booking, and message records stay while the sitting and a reasonable studio record need them. You can ask us to delete what Thai law lets us delete.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you can ask to see, correct, or delete personal data, or to limit how we use it. Inkable is not for booking a tattoo on anyone who cannot legally consent to tattooing in Thailand.
