Questions
Booking with Inkable
Deposits, names, studios, and what happens if a sitting falls through. Short answers. The sitting is always in a partner shop.
Why are artist names hidden before booking?
You pick from the artist's portfolio work, the price, and exact studio appointment options. Names and contact stay off the page until the booking is confirmed.
Does Inkable charge a commission?
No. Artists keep the full amount they quote. Checkout may add a standard payment-processing fee, shown before you pay.
Can I book a hotel, villa, or home visit?
No. There are four rooms across two Phuket partner studios. That is where every sitting happens.
How do I contact my artist?
Keep messages, booking changes, and payment in Inkable. You and the studio then have one record. Direct contact details are shared only after booking.
How do deposits work?
Choosing a bid and appointment starts a 30-minute room hold in this demo. The deposit confirms it, counts toward your final balance, and is non-refundable by default. Any live refund exceptions are still being decided. The refund policy is the written version.
What happens if an artist cancels or does not show?
An artist who misses a confirmed appointment or cancels within 24 hours is permanently removed from Inkable.
How long do I have to accept a bid?
In this prototype, bids expire after 48 hours. The live expiry period is still being decided.
Still deciding the piece?
Look at the work first. Post a brief when you know the placement and the size. Artists bid. You sit in Karon or Old Town.
